Package showed as delivered, but we couldn't find it. Nordstrom sent out another shipment of the same items immediately, no questions asked.</p> <p>Funny thing, a month later, we found the package in our storage shed. It felt like a little knot of thread. I expressed concern and they told me to bring them back on a weekday and have the tailor look at it. Weeks went by and it finally cooled enough to wear my jeans. That little knot proved to be in a very prominent place. I wanted to snip it, but was afraid a thread would unravel.&nbsp;</p> <p>Afraid I had waited too long, I went to a different, closer Rack. I really thought they would tell me to go take a hike, but no! The S.A. at the register called the tailor to tell him I was coming back. He came out to meet me, said, "Of course!" and disappeared with my jeans. Seconds later he returned with them, perfect! He had simply pulled the snag through to the other side. Oh, and the best part? UPS shows it was delivered, but we have searched high and low for it (in the bushes, in the trees, in the backyard) and have not been able to find it.</p> <p>UPS was no help. In two business days, Nordstrom's has re-shipped my order.</p> <p>I won't get my watch until next week, but at least I will still get it!!&nbsp;</p> <p>This is why they keep getting so much of my shopping dollars </p>
