From what I own I'd wear it with a black Longchamp mini tote and substantial black sandals or shoes in this (US) weather. I think when it gets colder traditional Frye brown cowboy boots would be nice, or maybe some tall riding boots in black or brown. I'd keep the rest of the outfit fairly low key. Whites, grays, medium colored denim or leather. To my taste, with an all black outfit it would be too heavy looking.
