				<description>&#060;p&#062;I guess this is not answering your question, but related to others‘ comments here, I have had several problems with Nordstrom‘s orders in the past few months such as the wrong size item being shipped and similar issues. I actually wrote them a letter saying I hope whatever wrinkles are in the works are being ironed out because it is definitely not my expectation based on years of ordering from them to have three of my last four orders in some way flubbed. Sorry to hear you are having such trouble getting your orders! It is not fun that you can‘t trust home delivery or in store delivery, sheesh.

I haven’t had an order go missing, but once they handed me my bags (rubber banded together) and after I walked away I realized that they had included someone else’s bag along with 2 of mine. So, it’s not foolproof.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;They seemed very blasé about it. They did give me a refund. The only reason I had it shipped to the store was because we had a rash of stolen packages on our street. Funny thing was that this bunch of misguided teens then hit up the members-only swimming pool and stole from the snack bar which is how they were caught.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had a package mailed to my home go missing this NAS.&#038;nbsp; Actually, just the contents -- the shipper called me to explain that the mailing envelope showed up at the local distribution center torn open, with no contents.&#038;nbsp; &#038;nbsp;I called Nordstrom, and (after confirming with the shipper) they sent replacements for two of the three missing items right away.&#038;nbsp; The third was sold out so they refunded it, but said they'd honor the NAS price for up to two weeks after the sale if it were to restock.&#038;nbsp; &#038;nbsp;Fortunately one popped up in my size a day or two later, so I didn't need to take them up on it.&#038;nbsp; I hope they made you a similar offer, at least!&#038;nbsp; &#038;nbsp;

				<description>&#060;p&#062;I had four items shipped to my local store while I was on vacation. I called, twice, and asked that all the packages be held until I returned, which they did. But, I was surprised that they didn’t ask for any identification when I picked them up. The pick up area was huge, so I can see how they could lose a package.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Curious to know how your store handles  items that are delivered to the store. In ours,  they just hand them over without scanning them like JCrew does. The store managed to lose two of my packages (tracking shows they were delivered). One of them is out of stock  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-sad icon-emoticon-sad "></span>
