Those look cute, as Zibbets said, like a mini culotte. JCrew always has great pairs. One thing you should note on dress shorts is where you plan to wear them as some of them are lined. If you're going to be wearing primarily outside, you either need to skip the lining or look for something cotton; standard poly linings will stick to your legs in the heat.
