It's not really in the negative at all. If you have the note, you can still spend it. It just takes you longer to earn your next note. And that seems perfectly fair. It's like they let you borrow from the Note Bank. You're just getting the money in advance, really.&nbsp; </p> <p>Having said that, I do not like to look at that negative balance either!&nbsp;</p> <p>How long do we have to spend the notes? You probably had a Note issued and then you returned what you purchased to earn that Note. Each Note takes 2000 points to earn, so you probably returned almost everything (besides 600 points worth). Not sure if that makes sense! They don't take away already-issued Notes, so you still have that if you didn't use it yet. I forgot what the upshot was in the last discussion here. Would I be able to remedy this by phone with a CSR? Thank you for suggestions. I wouldn't have earned that many, but this is annoying.&nbsp; </p>
