I don't think the belt with it does it any favors, as the vest, esp. the pretty back is a focal feature in itself. My question would be, can you wear two sleeveless pieces at once? In other words, if it's cool enough for layers, can you stand wearing no sleeves? How about trying a similar flowy tunic blouse with 3/4 sleeves with this vest/skirt combo?</p> <p>The blue looks better to my eye as a skirt.
