Thanks for the ideas. Our Sears stores carry the Land's End t-shirts - the material seems a bit thin - although if they hold their shape well enough that may end up being my fall back plan. The color selection is good! I have never tried anything from Boden. I will check that out. I have never ordered any clothing online - maybe it is time for some new horizons!

Someone else on YLF had recommended the Land's End modern fit t-shirts, too. I wish I could remember who - maybe Anna?? It was someone who also has their own website. . .

Boden?

I used to wear a lot of ones like this:

http://www.boden.co.uk/en-GB/S.....-Neck.html

They were always very good quality, thick material and well shaped. I stopped buying them because I wanted a longer one! And so I've gone on to the Lands End ones that Debora mentioned. They may be too long for you. Material is much thinner but holds its shape well - I'm pleased with them.

Not sure what Boden's summer ones are like these days (used also to be very good quality but I didn't buy last year for same reason) but they are likely to have an offer on soon if you look that has free delivery and returns so you could try some out...

PS I'm trying to move away from T-shirts, though, in favour of other knits as recommended by Angie - that might give you some more things to look at?

Since you've pretty much exhausted the mall, how about Land's End? I've never tried their tees, but the product description for their layering tees describes them as light enough for layering but not too sheer or thin. Here's the link:

http://www.landsend.com/pp/Sho.....038;sku_0=::HKO&CM_MERCH=IDX_00002__0000002041&origin=index

Good luck!

I am looking for good quality fitted t-shirts. I wear t-shirts to work under my scrub jacket and I need to restock. I am looking for scoop or v-neck. I am short and busty. The t-shirt materials seem so thin and cheap feeling on everything I am seeing out there - or - everything is too long for my short self! I have looked at most all the mall type stores and can't find anything to my liking. Any ideas??
