My only neutrals to this point have been black and denim but I'm working on expanding my horizons. The challenge now is to not end up with a number of disparate pieces. But I don't think it is woven - the shoulder and placket seam detailing and ribbed pockets and cuffs look knit to me. I live in Virginia so weather can be somewhat temperate in the winter months (definitely in fall) and I think the cardigan would be fine under a coat. Oh ya, it's 100% linen, so great texture. I don't recall ever having had a linen knit item so not sure how it'll hold its shape . . . does it stretch like cotton knits? And then at just about the same time I saw this sweater at Talbots. It was during the latter part of the summer . . . I definitely liked it, but didn't buy it.<br /> Since then I've tried on a few olive items for fall. I still like the idea of integrating the color but have determined that it's not great with my coloring when worn really close to my face say in a pullover sweater, turtleneck or blouse.<br /> It was after this morning's post I remembered seeing this long cardigan! I really like this style on me, and love the texture of this sweater, but am wondering if it's fall/winter material (literally and figuratively )<br /> Thanks in advance for your input. </p>
