They're pretty expensive, but, wow, are their shoes ever comfortable (I don't own any of their boots, but I do have a couple pair of shoes). The calf area often has a feature that allows for adjustment. I have not tried them, but I have heard people rave about the first boots linked to below. Personally, I like the second and third pairs. In general, I find a zipper boot is usually more successful for me than a pull on. However, if you can find those boots on a site that has free return shipping, I'd say try them. Sometimes you get lucky, and I don't really trust the measurements on any site any more.</p> <p>I've had very good luck this winter with Clark's boots. Almost every boot I tried on fit me, even over skinny jeans, and I really liked several of the styles.
