I walked my feet off for days in Manhattan looking. If you have good retail near you, try lots on for silhouette and fabric preference as it will help you narrow an internet search if needed. There is such a range of quality out there and some materials don't stand up to a lower fabrication level. Mediocre lace is hard to pull off; while viva's dress reads elegant. Looking above one's price point can be helpful to see what you are aiming for at a lower price point; you have time to watch for sales. Some brands will feel more like you and a good SA might keep their eyes out for you as new merchandise comes in.
