I think they do this style best. My pointy black kitten heels are Bruno Magli and do not bother my bunion. I got mine at the rack last year but in general I think yoox is a good place to find Italian shoes at a discount. of course you could always also go to saks, etc.</p> <p>Just a warning though - the Italian brands tend to run narrow so if you have a wide foot they might not work.
