Very Edwardian! </p> <p>The waist sits slightly below your natural waist, but I like the look -- it makes is a little more modern and relaxed. She must have been around nine and was doing her 'comunion', which is a thing many catholics kids do in Spain (no clue whether you guys do that). Then grandma made a skirt for her from that. And now I found this and was wondering if I could actually use it or something... </p> <p>This is not a keep or toss, since we ARE keeping this for sentimental reasons.</p> <p>Somehow I like it in the photographs, but maby it does look funny and this is me being crazy.</p> <p>PS: we are not retouching or sewing anything. Mom is too busy and I am a disaster for this sort of things, so it would look as is.</p> <p>PS2: Sorry about the messy room, it's friday and I only have time to put things back into place on the weekends! </p>
