I did click on the watch link and I *think* it's safe - it's an orange and gold watch for $250 at http://www.sasharhett.com/. It looks like the website does interchangeable watch straps, kinda cool, though they could improve their marketing techniques...

I love your idea of showing school pride in a more sophisticated way!!! That is so Ana!
Congratulations on being accepted to the University in Austin. If you had said you were moving to another place to go to school, I would be sad that our Austine trio was broken up.

The second one looks really cute. It sort of has this babydoll look. I think you can put a white fitted shrug with it.
It's great that you are going to UT. I've been there for visits, and it is a really fun and good school!

So, I just got accepted to the University of Texas at Austin, and I'm really excited about going. Football and Longhorn Pride (the mascot) are really important down here. Being a Northerner, I don't totally understand it, but it's sort of fun, and you know, when in Rome.....

So, this is kind of a silly request, but I wanted to put together an outfit to wear on school pride/game days (not to wear to the actual game, just to wear to class). Most kids just wear Texas t-shirts, but I wanted to maintain a small level of fashion. The school colors are a very specific shade of burnt orange (Texas Orange) and white. I wanted to wear white skinnies, a burnt orange shirt of some sort, and maybe a white short sleeve cardigan (like my black cardi, only white--I have it on order from J. Crew already) layered over the top. Here are a few choices I've narrowed it down to these.

This is my favorite one, but I'm a bit worried about the gathered waist:
http://www.universitycoop.com/.....sign=coop3

I would definitely belt this one. Not sure how the longer top would look with a shorter cardi. I would definitely have to wear something over this, since I don't like to show my back:
http://www.universitycoop.com/.....sign=coop3

This one looks dangerously like a uniform. Is there a way to make it chic?
http://www.universitycoop.com/.....sign=coop3

This one I would layer a white cami under:
http://www.universitycoop.com/.....sign=coop3

This is the basic option--a plain Texas tank that I would wear my white cardigan over:
http://www.universitycoop.com/.....sign=coop3

So, if you all have any suggestions about how to accessorize this look, or additional colors that might go with burnt orange and white, I'd love to hear them. Thanks!
