But most is long (3/4 or duster length vests and coats). I notice that I find a long piece much more practical and versatile: it keeps me warmer and dryer, and best of all I can throw it on over any outfit without too much thought. Whereas the cropped outerwear requires a lot more styling, or else I look like a hot mess with layers sticking out everywhere, colors not matching, etc. I guess I prefer the more cohesive look that a longer outer piece provides.</p> <p>But I know “the youth” are into the cropped styles!
