I also like all the little bits of lighter colors you're working in. Bubble dress looks good with bare legs and should also be good with tights; could be fun with the light booties in #4/5 and sheer or patterned hosiery, too. Quite like 10/11; pants length is good with loafers. For the dress outfits in 1-3, my gut feeling is with the puffer I want to see either a shorter sleeved top or a lighter colored top to keep the whole look a bit lighter with the bare legs (or even go on sleeveless and play up the seasonal confusion, which works really well in the weather range you're describing). I do like it sans puffer with the burgundy sleeves though. I will keep it up at least through this weekend, or maybe until we leave on our trip north. Last week we hung out at home in schlubby clothes all week, so I don’t have much to post.</p> <p>Temps are 60s mornings and evenings, 70s during the day. That means busting out the jackets, such as they are, and shedding them by noon (just as LBD and BC predicted). </p> <p>One thing I’ve discovered is that, despite all the clothing I own, I don’t have many pairs of pants for winter at this weight. That could have to do with the ones I gave away when I lost weight last year, and the two pairs that are decidedly not fab. I’m not getting any more right now, will see what shape I’m in next year. </p> <ul> <li>1-3 The black and white dress is sleeveless, which didn’t work with the vest, so I added “sleeves” by layering underneath.</li> <li>4-6 I’m avoiding the brown and orange typical of fall wear in the US in this challenge, but couldn’t resist my suede jacket. I was pleased to find a way to work in my fairly new bracelet in summer colors.</li> <li>7 &amp; 8 I love the blue bubble dress but it probably needs better styling. I’m taking it north and think it will look better with leggings than with bare legs. Do you agree?</li> <li>9 vest fur &amp; my hair, for Angie</li> <li>10-11 I've been wearing the jeans with booties, but think the length is ok with loafers too.</li> <li>12 Today I’m hanging out in workout clothes, trying to push myself to actually work out.
