I threw on a nice long waterfall cardigan, then without thinking put on my winter coat. Ugh! The waterfalls hung way below the hem of the coat and looked quite silly! I didn't have anything else to wear that day, so I made do. Must you wear a long "dress" coat with these long cardigan looks???</p> <p>For some background to consider: this is the rural midwest, and ski parkas are standard issue out of necessity! A plain wool pea coat almost looks too dressy, and most days isn't warm enough! </p>
