I usually end up wearing mine as a topper at home over a tshirt or tank. Despite the lovely stylings I've seen with pencil skirts, tulle skirts, skinny pants and pumps, something about the chambray still says "truck driver" or "cleaning day" to me. But the brooch and tweed jacket kick it up just right and I will give my shirt another attempt for casual day outfit. Office wear? I really like the chambray shirt and jacket outift--looks great with the jeans and moto boots. And the scarf and brooch are just right. The J.Jill pieces look great on you, too. I got their catalog recently (not sure why?? I haven't bought anything there in ages) and am really drawn to a lot of their looks again. Don't know if the store has cycled back around to me or vice versa. But I agree, they offer a touch of&nbsp; Eileen Fisher style at a fraction of the price, and I always thought their quality was good. I was very taken with the blue cowl neck dress in the catalog. Be careful about the JJill rayon mix knit. It stretches to become huge, even after washing. My XS petite tee became an XXL woman's size, growing in width and length. Jill, that is!</p> <p>I wore my new Loft jacket to run some errands yesterday.&nbsp; I love this jacket!&nbsp; It is a knit, quite comfy, but appears like a woven tweed, even up close. If you order, size down!&nbsp; I paired it with my orphaned chambray shirt (problematic for me), a marcasite flower brooch, ON scarf and skinnies, and my old Rocket Dog moto boots.</p> <p>I don't shop J. Jill, but the windows pulled me in, and I found several basics that were in rich colors and lovely fabrications.&nbsp; They fit and flatter me better than Eileen Fisher basics, so I'll be watching online for sales.&nbsp; I generally sized down on everything.&nbsp; Not a problem for me! </p>
