Staff got told the store was closing EOB one day last week and the store shuttered. Same thing at The Limited at a different mall in our town. I have no experience with Loft, but I'd get in touch with customer services first perhaps. I could be that the pants got mistakenly sent to someone else and they may have no idea who. Or it could be a straight swap. A UPS truck finally made it in, with my Loft order. Except instead of the petite navy trousers I'd ordered in Julie fit, they sent me an odd grey jersey cardigan, lol! So, I've packaged it up and am returning it. I hope returns for Loft usually go well, I don't have much experience with them. Also wondering whether I should try ordering the trousers again. Any opinions? </p>
