I think my main concern was throwing off my body proportions with flats, but yes, they are pointy enough to keep the leg line going - and the weather here is usually mild enough through winter that I can wear a winter weight cropped dress pant or ponte knit and be OK. &nbsp; But, if I had to survey my monthy shoe style, it's already 85% flats anyway!&nbsp; It's time to beef up the flats wardrobe (and order these shoes so I can get them broken in!) <br /></div><div><br />I'm also teetering on the brink of a minimal wardrobe because I'm just tired of choices in the morning and I need to think less and just know that my curated pieces are well matched. I like a pointed to for elongating the leg line, even when it's in the form of a flat.</p> <p>It looks like the toe box on the loafers you're looking at is elongated enough to visually extend the line of your legs, and you can just have your current pants hemmed for flats. Long time no post....but I know where to come when it's advice time :).&nbsp; Anyway, for 2 years I've had a hankering for some nice dressy loafers, and last year I flaked and decided not to -- mainly because I didn't want to rethink my entire wardrobe around them. I'm TIRED of wearing heels though, I have hit my limit and need some ideas of what you wear when you put on flat oxfords in the fall.&nbsp; My office is business dress, and all of my pants are tailored for pumps and skim my toes.
