They are not finished well at all and the self-belt has to go for me but otherwise they fit the bill. I’ll admit to panicking a bit with the longer lengths. My goal was to find a way to eat - really for the rest of my life . I also was lacking in energy and knew something had to change . I still have to work for a few more years and it’s important to me to look vital , fiy and healthy while doing so . She recommended intermittent fasting , controlled carbs , and lots of fat and protein . Nothing new and earth shattering. It was all about managing the glucose levels and insulin spiking , and so far so good . I’m still pretty bagged by the end of a work day ( I move around a lot and am on my feet for 4-5 hrs a day too ) but I’m also not 35 any more , lol. </p> <p>Oh Janet - I wish you hadn’t told me about the RL top being at Simon’s .
