Good tip to check if my current size is in the UK or US system. So complicated!

Actually I don't know if Bratabase has sports bra reviews. I think one size smaller is an E or DD. I just look at the size offerings and go one up on the drop down list. It is so confusing between US and U.K. systems.

Donna, Feeling a bit dense, so i'll just ask. If I take a 30F in Panache/Freya, what cup sizes should I get for the Chantelle. I'll check out Bratabase. I didn't realize they have info on sports bras too.

I forgot to mention, much less check these bras on bratabase.com. This site has bra reviews across brands and sizes since sometimes sizing gets wonky at one end of the scale or another. If you get a good fit in a particular make and model it helps you find another bra that is comparably cut -- or not.

elpgal, I was at a Nordstrom store today had a chance to try on the Chantelle bra above and some other non-sports bras on sale, all in a 30 band size. I found the Chantelle band true to size or slightly small, at least in the 30. I also found the cup size to run large compared to my Freya Deco (in a 28) taking into account you go down in cup when you increase the band and those other bras I tried on. Gah! Both sizes I ordered in the bra will be too big so I reordered as the store did not have the next cup size down.

Clementine, Something more loungey would be my preference.
Donna, I did go back and find your reviews. I have never had luck with the Mystere bras but have tried the Moving Comfort ones in REI before. Time to take another look.

I have this one on order in a 30 but larger cup sizes. It should arrive Tuesday, and I will report back. You saw my review of two other NAS sport bras? Moving Comfort Fionas run small in the band so I have bought 32s and a 30 and they have worked for me despite the fact that I take a 28 band in regular bras. That was pre-Brooks ownership, however.

Piggybacking on Chris' post. Looking for lightweight bras/tops because I run hot. The other requirement - small band size/large cup size to fit 30F. Don't mind uniboob. Have you seen anything that might work for me?
