This outfit worn to the office on a No Meeting day - just me and the rest of the staff - and we have a biz casual office, with more professional dress dictated by meetings with outsiders. &nbsp;In looking at this I see I need that Third Piece. &nbsp;I am wearing a necklace, shorter, but probably should have gone with a longer medallion necklace. &nbsp;or a neckerchief, which I have tons of and love and wear frequently. &nbsp;Worn with an Eileen Fisher long, loose tank, and Talbots crops. &nbsp;The shoes are older, and I do love a pointy toe kitten or low heeled pump. &nbsp;These are nearly flat. &nbsp;I lightened the photo to show the individual pieces better.</p>
