It can be really frustrating with the weight gain but am sure is not that bad, and you'll come up with solutions as soon as really needed and allowed&nbsp; you focus more on yourself.&nbsp; Think the cut and overall healtly appearance of the hair is very important&nbsp;when we are not feeling the clothes so much and I recall that you have a youthfull hair style&nbsp; to the shoulder- that is itself a winner- and maybe a little make-up will not hurt either-people tend to remember faces and personalities, not clothes!&nbsp;Loved you blonde and silver haired, too!&nbsp;</p> <p>I also can relate on the problem of switching metals for ones jewelery-and it makes sense to wear more gold as blonde but I say, try to wear some of your silvers, too. I am now darker bloned and thought I will have to switch cold turkey all my jewelery to gold---but to my surprise I can still wear my silvers in some circumstances-and be even more pleased with the outcome than with all gold-for a matter. The clothing I keep here is VERY tightly curated, and the furnishing is minimal. No windows have any coverings. No rugs - I would love some rugs but, for me, trip hazard. :(</p> <p>A beloved SIL is also wrestling with hypothyroidism and peri-menopause. Working on new place is therapeutic and keeps me busy and occupied. And my health is improving, I am off the meds for a while now, just this stubborn weight gain is still going on. I have tried everything to stop it, but nothing is working. I worry how much more will it go up.
