Happylife (love the handle and hope it's fact rather than a mere wish)-
I wasn't ready to commit to the clamdigger look, even after looking at all the folks on this forum trying it. I was in Levi's this summer and they had skinny jeans on sale so I bought a pair and had them hemmed to just below the knee. It was a low cost way to try it, and I did like it. I got the idea from several folks on this forum bought longer skinnys and tailored them to be clamdiggers.

I am a pear and the hi rise style of Levis fits me well-- though size down as they seem to run large. I have since invested in a pair of their premium, capital E skinny jeans and love them as much as I love my Joe's and Paige's in the bootcut style.

I looked on the website, but cannot seem to match what is there to the specific item in my closet to it at all!

I found the Levi 729 curvy clams on sale for $19 at Macy's about a week ago. The Levi reps happened to be working the department and were quite helpful. They are a bit too long, but I am going to hem them after I wash them. Good luck!

I am having trouble finding these. What do I search for? I found their white bermudas online but not dark denim clamdiggers. The levis.com customer service person said I need a style number from the tag to search for it.

Thanks!
