I was in Levi's this summer and they had skinny jeans on sale so I bought a pair and had them hemmed to just below the knee. It was a low cost way to try it, and I did like it. I got the idea from several folks on this forum bought longer skinnys and tailored them to be clamdiggers.</p> <p>I am a pear and the hi rise style of Levis fits me well-- though size down as they seem to run large. The Levi reps happened to be working the department and were quite helpful. They are a bit too long, but I am going to hem them after I wash them.
