I think the reason for too many bottoms could also be recent fashion changes in waist height, and the fact that it's hard to consider skinnies as your only pair of casual pants, because of shape fluctuation due to water retention and what not. One needs some BF jeans and other roomier options as well! I did read a good post about closet editing and one of the tips was to look at items that are similar and really think about whether you need duplicates because if you keep wearing the favourite item, then you probably can get rid of the not so good one with no regrets. Thinking that you are giving someone else the opportunity to wear and enjoy something, rather than being wasteful is also useful.</p> <p>I struggle with this, especially if an item had been expensive and is still in good condition.
