Thank you Sveta and Eliza, I am longer on the legs rather than torso. I agree with you about the hem being too short, but I have never been a fan of mini's or shorter... Maybe no longer young

You cannot really go by the stock photos even if the height is similar. So mush depends on the proportions. For example if you have longer torso and the model has short torso and longer legs even with the same height things will fit differently.
You should measure what is the acceptable length for you in a skirt. For me it would be no more than 2" above the knee for example. Then with these measurements you can compare against the site information (and if it is not provided call the CS and ask).

Since the model is 5'9", the dress is likely to be shorter on you. It is a beautiful color! Perhaps measure a dress length that you have and like, or your height from top of shoulder to desired length; then you will have a guideline and can inquire if websites don't list that measurement. It is tough to find longer lengths, but it seems like there are a few more options lately. I think desired length is a matter of personal preference- my almost 6 foot daughter likes to have dresses not much more than an inch above the knee or knee length as she feels that higher is a nuisance to manage when sitting or moving.

Good luck!

I am 6"1 (without heels unfortunately) about to hit 30, I was wondering what people think a suitable length skirt is suitable?

This dress (http://www.asos.com/ASOS/ASOS-.....ct.aspx?ii) from ASOS is really pretty, but quite short.

Any suggests?
