It's long enough for me to tuck into low rise pants. I also have one of the Mossimo tanks, which is longer and comfier. The BP ones are long enough for me (in Large) but I'm only 5'3". I would think the brace would hold it in place once you had it on? FWIW, my daughter has some super long tank tops from Target--they're super soft, Mossimo brand that we pick up for $9. Those are longer than the BP's. The first day I wore it under my scrubs, which irritated my skin. The second day, over my scrub pants, but that made going to the bathroom difficult. I would have to undo the belt every time.
