You did a great job.<br /> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/leith-pants----diy-edition#post-903093 Tue, 09 Apr 2013 18:26:39 +0000 Beth Ann 903093@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ I wanted to love the Leiths, but they didn't love me....SO&nbsp; I altered a pattern, using the Leith's as a template.&nbsp; I chose a stable, matte jersey, for more ease in the fit.&nbsp; I wish I had a little more room in the lower leg, so they pooled more at the ankles and less at the knees.&nbsp; I'm also not sure of the figure flattery here, but I loved the feel of them.&nbsp; <br /><br />Pic 1 is my Aida pose.&nbsp; The last photo, without jacket, isn't very flattering, but it gives you a better sense of the pants.<br /><br />The sewing was EASY.&nbsp; 3 hours max.&nbsp; $25 including patter (Joann's 40 percent off).<br />
