Sending over a plate of homemade chocolate brownies to Megan - what a wonderful thing she did noticing the discrepancy in fit and calling the warehouse to find out what the deal was, and then topping it all off by calling you back and explaining what she found out. I promptly told her Manager about the amazing service Megan has provided and how pleased I am. They were both delighted and said they were keeping their fingers crossed that the jacket will fit.
