Have you tried Trotters before? I found they do not work well for my feet at all. I have bought similar patent red crock loafers a couple of years ago ( mine had 1.5 heel) and could not wear them at all. They were fine for the first hour but then they were rubbing the top of my toes and stretching did not help.
What I am trying to say: get different styles and different brands and really put them through their paces indoors to see if they are comfortable.
For the style I like 1 and 2 the best.

My fall wardrobe is in flux as I don't know when the cold is actually coming. My uniform has been black pants and a either a plain v-neck top or a patterned top with the tie under the girls. I have a couple of cardis that can go over my short sleeved tops. I have a teal and burgundy maternity sweater. I am hoping not to need anymore tops. I will need to buy another pair or two of trousers to get me to the end as three pair of my pants in rotation are cropped or ankle length.

I try not to wear the same pair of shoes twice in a row, both to save the shoes and my feet. I am planning to get 2-3 pairs. If they are still in good shape at the end, I will give them to my sister. Her normal shoe size is half a size up from mine and in a wide. That's why we can't usually share shoes.

I ordered 1-4 and will let you all know how they fit and look when they arrive. Depending on how these work, I will check out Clark's like CocoLion and Carter recommended.

I definitely understand your need for slip-ons. Bending over to put on a shoe was not worth the effort after 4 months. I think #1 is perfect, it has pattern, there is no tapering at the toe and it looks fabulous. Not sure about your foot but I am wide across the ball of my foot so any shoe that doesn't have hardware across the top is ideal because the buckle, strap, decoration isn't cutting into the top of my foot.

My picks are, in this order: 1, 4, 2, 3. I think these are all attractive styles. The others look more like comfort shoes, though they do still have quite a bit of style, to my eye. Especially 5, which has a sporty sneaker look. Have you tried the Munro Kimi loafers that Angie has featured? I have them, and they are comfy. Could be another possibility for you, if they're still available.

Number 1 gets my vote. I have a pair similar (I live in Australia, so just coming out of winter here) and I have a pair of Ecco patent shoes similar to these and get lots of wear from them. They are great with pants and also if I wear black opaque tights they work with above the knee dresses and skirts. I would say DO NOT buy anything that makes you feel frumpy - there is a fab solution out there!

I think all are cute. I will say that I find Trotters to be hit or miss on both comfort and size. The wide is really not very wide in my experience. When they work though, they're great. The thing with walking cradles is (from what I've seen) the footbed. It's like one of those egg crate mattress toppers. Awesome for the bottom of the foot, but I have sent a couple pair back because the leather upper was unforgiving. If the wide works for you, these could be great though. Does Clark have anything that would work for you? For me, these just feel amazing every time I put them on (and my feet HATE being confined.)

So, I am in need of some non-sandals. These will be used from early September, once it is too cold to wear sandals, until probably late January or early February. Whenever my feet stop being swollen :)

I picked up a few sandals at the beginning of the summer and have worn them to death. If they don't fit next year, I will still be happy with my CPW. Looking to do the same with these.

My requirements:

1. Must be slip-ons. My ability to bend will be compromised for sometime, especially knowing I will be having a c-section

2. They must be super comfy

3. Heel cannot be much over an inch. Under is preferable

4. The soles cannot be slippery. The floors at work are unforgiving, and I don't want to fall.

5. As unfrumpy as possible, given that I have requirements that mirror my grandmothers. ;)

So, here are some that I found:

1-3. Trotters. I know this brand is comfy, and hoping the Zebra saves them. Also available in red snake (not sure this is very practical . . . ) and basic black

4-5 Bella Vita. Angie has said these are comfy in the past.

6-7 Walking cradles. I have heard other Fabbers say how comfy these are.
