Try it with some tall boots. These type of full skirts look great with tall boots and you will want to find your skirt/boot sweet spot with this one for sure. </p> <p>With the coats, I feel your pain. I HOPE the navy works out for you, because I know you have been endlessly looking. I adore the colour of the puffer for you, but if the fit is off and the price is high, then colour alone does not make it a good purchase. However, it MIGHT be worth trying in petite. One trick I have found is ordering UP a size in petites sometimes resolves things like shoulders (for me). It's a small regular. I could try a petite, but I don't think that would fix the issues. The shoulders and sleevelength are fine and might be too narrow and short with the petite. I could try the jacket they have in the same color, it wouldn't have the fit issues with the hips. It has some poly lining. I agree that this would be a great coat for going for walks in bad weather, this looks like something you wouldn't worry about when it gets dirty. One of the reviews also said you can just wash it in the washing machine without a problem. I still have my black coat I wore the last two winters when I didn't find a replacement.
