The plum red's are calling my name, but the black might be more practical, given my spring trenches are poppy red/orange and probably berry satin (on order from Target; the blue patterned one seemed too one-season to me). </p> <p>I think several of you got these boots over the winter; are they more winter-y boots or will they work in spring/fall? I really need a pair of nice-looking waterproof boots, for any season. The grey suede Merrells are fab, but they're not waterproof! Thanks. </p>
