I wore a different legging-dress combo yesterday with knee-high boots and got lots of compliments. Today's only got one comment (I saw mostly different people).<br /> Angie, I just haven't had enough time to take pictures and try to upload and post but really need to get this figured out. I am not sure what Angie thinks about leggings and ankle boots or any boots but I love the look! It is a necessity for my lifestyle because of the delicacy of hose. I love the look of how opaque the leggings are. I ordered the larger of my sizes and they fit very comfortably with thick wooly socks. The compliments are gushing. Last time I checked, 6pm.com still had LC's for $69.99, but not that style.</p> <p>The question: Is it acceptable to wear black ankle boots with black leggings and a dress? I want to do this today to keep feet warm but will have to sit on the floor for extended periods. This is harder to do in knee-length boots. Booties would be a better choice, but so far I don't have any. The ankle boots have about a 2" heel and fit fairly close to the leg at the top. Any thoughts? </p>
