The white slide sandals are a workhose they dress up and down very easily. One key for me was figuring out what materials and sizing I preferred my shorts. Once I figured that out, shorts have been very easy to wear! </p> <p>The Kurt Geiger bag is a favorite even though it doesn't get worn often because it's a smaller size and more of a going out bag than a daily bag.&nbsp;</p> <p><b>Cookie</b> - Indeed, the tan jacket has been a workhorse! There are so many styles of denim jackets available, it can be quite overwhelming. I prefer to keep my denim jackets classic and this Kut From The Kloth has worked well for me. My white denim jacket is WHBM which I've found also often has lovely classic styled denim jackets. The mint and green worked really well together. The seafoam green bag and gold belt added some soft colors and texture (the bag has suede on the sides) while the white jacket and slide sandals brightened up the entire outfit.</p> <p><b>#3 and #4 - Tan, Rust, and Ivory</b><br />The jacket and shorts were thrifted at the beginning of the season. I've been enjoying sporting fall colors such as rust in the summer for an earthy/safari vibe.</p> <p><b>#5 and #6 - Turquoise, White and Gold</b><br />While it's not a jacket, I think a shirt layered with a tank can count as a layered outfit too, right? :)&nbsp;</p> <p><b>#7 and #8 - Navy/White Stripes with Green</b><br />The green shorts are back, this time paired with a navy/white striped tee. I often sport shorts with jackets that fall a little past the waist line (such as the denim jackets in 1 or 9), for this outfit I decided to try layering with a longer length knit blazer for a change.</p> <p><b>#9 and #10 - Oat, Blue Denim, and White</b><br />I designed this outfit around the Kurt Geiger bag, because it's adorable and I don't wear it often enough. It's a little small for daily life, but works well for casual dinners. Looking at the photos I realize that a belt would have been nice with this outfit, but I forget.
