You can also put a drop near your pillow. </p> <p>If you take that route, than make sure lavander oil is in dark bottle, as all pure essential oils need to be stored that way. Light damages them. </p> <p>I also recommend approaching the issue from several different aspects, diet including. Eating carbs or sugar late definitely disrupts my sleep, and waking up too. </p> <p>Also, swimming is a fantastic way of wearing your entire body and sleeping deeply. </p> <p>Camomile tea in the evening. </p> <p>Relaxing, whichever way.
