The dress doesn’t feel tight at all, I like the feel of the fabric, is quite comfortable on. Is the back view deal breaker? I think it does pull just a bit across the back, which isn’t something that simple tailoring can solve. If that bothers you, then I’d return it. It’s not worth $40 (or even $26.99,) if you don’t feel fabulous about the fit. Or you could size up, and then have the waist (and sleeves) tailored perfectly for you.
