I have 2 water bottle holders on my bike, plus a little seat bag- so that holds all I need. No jacket for me! If I get out there by about 9 am I can be done before the temp hits 90 :)</p> <p>The sneakers are pretty, but so uncomfortable Bright happy cement blocks on my feet! The orange Saucony ones I use for running aren't as bad. I noticed they have much thinner soles than the Nikes. I do think it is worthwhile for exercise gear to both look and feel fab and set a great positive mood. These items look very functional but also fun.</p> <p>I also need tanks and tops that are not perfectly "straight" else I have to get them oversized. The problem with some tanks/tops is that if they are intended to have some A-line shape, they are often also long and intended to be over leggings or short/cropped yoga style bottoms--which is a good thing for that style but I wear a lot of more "regular" shorts so want a regular to slightly long top but not SO long. The colors go with my bike :)</p> <p>The jerseys, shorts, gloves, black tank, and lock laces are new this year. The jerseys unfortunately are not cut for a curvy bottom half. They're wearable, but I may have them altered. Short sleeved one just arrived (ordered in March), and definitely is not a summer item. I like having the back pockets- the sleeveless one is big enough to put my phone! </p> <p>The lock laces are an experiment. One of the reasons I hate trainers so much is tying and untying them-plus I was afraid they'd get loose and catch on bike. Eventually I'll get proper bike shoes, but not comfortable using clip pedals yet. Maybe there are some that aren't as hot on the feet as trainers? </p> <p>Additions, besides shoes, would be- another pair of padded shorts or skort, padded leggings or skirted leggings for cooler weather, more proper jerseys (1-2 each sleeveless and long sleeve instead of using these other tops), and an ear warmer for cooler weather. 50 is the lowest temp I've ridden in, and that was pushing it :/ </p>
