I am not large busted but I do wear a Spanx cami in place of a bra on lounging days and it works prefectly. I'm a DD, and I've got the bra thing figured out fairly well for the daytime - but I've never been really comfortable at night. I don't wear a bra to sleep of course, but I really don't like flopping around (sorry for the visual!) I usually wear a slightly roomy t-shirt to sleep in for comfort, but I'm starting to want just a little support.</p> <p>I was thinking of getting a cami that was a size smaller than normal and wearing that under my t-shirt. That might give some support, but not feel binding or confining. Or maybe a cami with a shelf bra? I couldn't wear one during the day without a real bra, but I wonder if that would be fine for sleeping?</p> <p>Any other suggestions?
