				<description>&#060;p&#062;I'm a 12, also, with farm-wife arms.  I love vests, as longs and the top I wear has sleeves below the elbow.  I think that a vest that has a v-neck, or a larger &#034;scoop&#034; at the neck, or slightly narrower shoulders might help, too, to prevent the shoulder line from looking too broad.

If you wear a darker long sleeve underneath it will also visually diminish the arm proportions too. Go for it!
