The WIndows 10 update killed my computer last year -- seriously, wiped the whole drive and nothing was recoverable. Having to replace it was costly and such a hassle, but it had to be done. It could be two more weeks before it’s all resolved<br /> and even with that I need to deal with reinstalling some software for which I’m&nbsp;not sure I have up to date licenses. Ugh Ugh Ugh!&nbsp;I’ve been through this sort&nbsp;of things enough times in my life that I know things will be ok. I also&nbsp;need to&nbsp;tighten up my already pretty good backup practices. &nbsp;</p> <p>Posting about my trip to France and Spain will have to wait...</p> <p>I didn’t have a formal NAS budget or plan to buy anything&nbsp;specific, although I have been following along and ordering a few things that were on my list&nbsp;for fall. &nbsp;I did order the Franco Sarto&nbsp;Johanna loafer in burgundy patent, and bought a charcoal grey free people split&nbsp;back turtleneck sweater in-store that I need to try on with some skinny jeans&nbsp;to see how it looks. It's a little boho/modern for me but we'll see. Also thinking about some LBDs (Nordstrom always has good options in petite sizes&nbsp;which I’ve been trying off and on for&nbsp;several months without finding "the one"), and new dressy black low heeled pumps,&nbsp;which are in the shopping basket&nbsp;on my Nordstrom iPhone app. They make it so easy to keep shopping even without a laptop </p> <p>I'm enjoying everyone else's NAS treasures and the stories&nbsp;that go with them! &nbsp;</p> <p>Wish me luck! </p>
