Thanks for the advice ladies! I went with the small and was able to get the 30% off deal, too! I ordered the black stripe and the ivory stripe:

http://www.landsend.com/pp/Mod.....03_59.html

I'm hoping they will be thick and not too clingy so I might be able to wear them without an additional layer over the top. Boof, you and I are actually almost exactly the same size.

Hi Ana! I sized down a bit to an XS since I want it to be a layering piece under garments. Works great, and it's long enough. For sure a S will be good for you. Let me know how you like them.

Ana, I ordered a medium, which is what I usually wear. Lands End does tend to run generous, but I didn't want any hugging of the muffin top. I'm usually a size 8 on top (size 10 if it buttons across the chest). I'm happy with the medium, but I think a small would have worked for me too. You look like a teeny little thing...I would think a small would do fine. Lands End small is a 6-8. I love the quality of the turtlenecks. Very soft, drapey fabric. Great for layering but can stand on their own.

Ana - I ordered a small, the size I usually wear. It is a slimmer fit than is typical for Land's End. Since I live in Houston, I want to wear it as an outer layer, not as a layering piece so I wanted it to be a skimming fit not a tight fit. I'm very happy with the couple I ordered and ordered a couple more today. If you order before midnight (CDT) tonight, they are 30% off.

Hi Ladies!

I remember someone on here ordered the Land's End modern fit knit turtleneck. I think it was Laura, but I'd love to hear from anyone else who has this item. I'm curious about the sizing. I know Land's End tends to run a bit big, but the modern fit is a bit slimmer. I usually wear a medium everywhere, but I am thinking of getting a small. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thank you!
