Anyway, they have a gazillion shoes, including designer shoes. And I noticed that almost all of them had very stiff bottoms. I wasn't trying on so I could not vouch for comfort or lack of it, but I was curious about the design. Why the stiff bottoms? That's what my Zara knock off shoes have, and I kind of expect it. But on a really pricey shoe? He said he is really upset with a lot of the quality in the higher-end stuff. He said that the shoes are well put together with nice stitching and attention to detail, and of course the designs are nice, but the quality of the materials is lacking.
