It does make the outfit look very bombshell-like. But if that is what you are looking for, it is great. I like to combine pencilskirts with a denim jacket too..in fact I am wearing that same outfit right now! With heeled booties and tights. And a bit of a bohemian hairdo ;-), just to balance it out. I personally like to dress down a pencilskirt a bit.
