I wouldn't qualify them as lace up or gladiator, I think fisherman is best. However, depending on what you would wear them with, they might be "too clunky". Very comfy. I think the clunky factor is on the fun side. I thought it was a gladiator and lace-up hybrid but I see that it's listed as a fisherman sandal. I didn't notice until after I tried it on that it was a wide, but it didn't feel wide to me.</p> <p>Questions:<br /> Does this qualify as lace-up?<br /> I don't mind a little clunky, but is it too clunky and /or frumpy?</p> <p>Your help is much appreciated!
