				<description>&#060;p&#062;Last weekend M.Abeille was away so I took the opportunity to make some favourites that he doesn't care for. Both local delicacies: fiddlehead greens (only available briefly in spring) and mussels. I used a variation of DD's recipe for Moules provençale, with shallots, tomato, and arugula. I forgot to buy a baguette to sop up the broth, so I made do with new potatoes and a spoon.
