The pieces don't seem to go together, but red with the skirt is a lovely idea. The sleeves are not flattering for you and the stripe seems too casual for that skirt style. Maybe paired with a cardi or jacket in black, navy, cobalt or dark denim would work. I love the skirt and your shoes are so cute with that outfit.
