They definitely stretch with wear - on the saleswoman's advice I bought a pair that was REALLY tight in the store, and now they're a bit loose in the waist. In general I like them. They are stretch jeans so they are roomy and comfortable, and they do stretch with wear. Their inseam can be quite long... I am 5'10" and some of their pants are too long on me! It's really hit or miss with them... you have to try them on. I thought about getting the pair you linked to, but my size is already sold out, and I'm not sure about the butt flaps!
