Since I'd bought it over by the outlet mall, an hour drive away, I instead went to the other DSW which is a bit closer to me. The employee who helped me was not only apologetic and quickly removed it, she offered me an additional 10% off the bag to compensate me for the inconvenience. I thought that was super-nice, especially from a discount retailer like DSW. </p> <p>*Austerity August = totally blown up, but it's dark red, so I'm on trend! </p>
