I am trying to use the old hem to make a cuff (sort of like hemming jeans to keep the original stitching). </p> <p>I did wear the Sweet Pea top last year but since it is a few years old now I was not sure if I still liked it. Some of them are a few years old now so I may need to donate those that are looking too tired or dated. Came across these cropped pants - I have no idea what possessed me to buy the dreaded "wide at the ankle capris" but I am thinking these could be cut off and turned into walking shorts. Also, this Sweet Pea top is a couple of years old. Is it still a keeper? What do you think? I would not cuff the shorts but rather cut off the excess length at the knee and hem. </p>
