Ingunn and Viva, the fit in the abs is fine when standing, but ever-so-just-a-tad-slightly snug when sitting. The fabric has stretch so it's probably not a deal breaker. I am hoping the larger size is only slightly larger, and I can just take a tuck or two and alter it.

I agree with the group here and also can't imagine you need a larger size unless this is uncomfortably tight in the waist (it does not look like it is!). The length looks just right and it seems to fit you well in the hips. Shorter tops are the way to go, I think. Faux or semi-tuck might help you feel better about the tummy.

Great skirt! I don't think you will need the larger size from the look of it. I love the shorter top with it.

Suz, I hate it when the back of my skirt ends up on the side or in the front! I went looking for Angie's blog post on it, but found this instead, and it's very helpful:
Different tops for skirts and pants

I really like it, with shorter tops.

I have been eyeing some skirts on Zara too. That is my last wardrobe hole to fill this season.

I like the skirt a lot and from what I can see it fits well. Beware the too loose skirt -- it can twist around annoyingly as you walk. Angie actually has a blog post somewhere about this.

I agree that this skirt seems begging for shorter or faux tucked or tucked tops. It doesn't look as good with long belted tops, IMO.

Maybe that's what's bugging me abou it - the proportions of the longer belted tops. I'm used to wearing them with longer, straight skirts but I don't think they're working with this flared skirt. The problem with shorter tops is that they don't hide my belly bulge as well

It's nice to see it on a 'real' person:) I like the skirt but I would like to see it with the tops your tried on with the other skirt in your previious post. I think the black topper with the trim might work rather well. I am also thinking that the skirt is asking for a shorter top (like Angie's crop top with flared skirt ensemble) These longer tops are cutting the skirt off . The picture of the back view with the topper that sits at your waist seems to provide the best proportions. This style IMHO is much more flattering than the previous one.

I like it too but also prefer it in the pics with shorter tops and no belt. I find it is breaking you up into too many smaller pieces with the belt and booties.

It is a keeper though. The fit is very nice and it looks quite versatile.

I like it and I think it fits fine. Not crazy about the belted shirt looks, something is off in the proportions, but the first top looks nice.

Deborah recommended this skirt on my previous post-
WIW and what's going back to the store. I'm not sure about this one, though. Zara's website does caution that the skirt runs small - this fits, but I like my skirts a little loose - I ordered the size up and will compare when it arrives.

What say you about the style/length? I didn't really "style" it, I just threw some tops and shoes on quickly.
